Subscription Refunds:

Trial Period: If AwkngTV offers a trial period and you cancel your subscription within this period, you will not be charged. If you are inadvertently charged, please contact our support team to request a refund.

Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription users, refunds are typically not provided. However, if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve, resulting in an inability to use our service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Subscriptions: If you’ve opted for an annual subscription and decide to cancel, you can request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. If you cancel after the first 30 days, you’ll be ineligible for a refund, but your subscription will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

Technical Issues: If you are unable to use AwkngTV due to technical issues, and if our team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the remaining period of your subscription.

Non-Subscription Refunds:

Merchandise: Any physical goods purchased from AwkngTV are subject to our return and refund policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed.

Outcome Notification: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request via email. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The actual timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

General Conditions:

Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment. Exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or payment provider will not be covered by AwkngTV.
Refunds are only issued to the original payer and payment method used for the purchase.
